When your workout playlist gets you into trouble

Ever been so pumped by your workout playlist that you accidentally start dancing mid-burpee? I was in the gym last week, jamming to some high-energy tracks, and suddenly found myself doing the Macarena instead of crunches. Let’s just say the looks I got were more entertaining than the workout itself — anyone else have a funny gym moment where the music took over?

I’ve definitely been there! One time, I was so caught up in a song that I ended up doing a mini dance-off with the mirror during lunges. Just be careful, because too much grooving can mess with your form.
