When workout plans go hilariously wrong

You ever have one of those days at the gym where nothing goes as planned? Like last week, a client tried to show off their deadlift and instead dropped the barbell – right onto a yoga mat. Not a personal best but definitely a memory! Just goes to show, sometimes it’s the flops that keep us coming back for more. Anyone else have a workout fail story?
