Tracking Progress is Key

I’ve been thinking a lot about how important it’s to track your workouts and progress. It’s incredible to see where you started compared to where you’re now. I recently helped a client hit their first pull-up after weeks of dedicated work, and the excitement was contagious! It shows that personalized plans really make a difference. Tracking your workouts really makes a difference! I’ve found using a simple app to log my sets and reps is super helpful. It’s crazy how just seeing it all laid out motivates me.
