Tracking Client Progress Effectively

I’ve been experimenting with different methods for tracking my clients’ progress, and I have to say, it’s made a huge difference in motivation and results… I started using a simple Google Sheets template that allows clients to log workouts and track their own progress weekly. It not only helps them stay engaged but also gives me valuable insights to personalize their plans even more. Anyone else found tools or methods that really enhance tracking and accountability?

I’ve had similar luck with a simple habit tracker in my app — turns out, folks are as motivated by points as they are by gold stars! But just a thought: some clients might prefer a one-on-one check-in over logging everything — how do you balance the two?

One thing I’ve found really helpful is incorporating photos into progress tracking — clients love seeing physical changes, and it gives them a motivational boost. Just like you mentioned, engagement is key — @ronaldW93, have you tried any similar visual approaches?
