Sweating like a sinner in church

Ever notice how a solid CrossFit session can feel like a scene from a comedy? One moment you’re snatching barbells, the next you’re gasping for air like you’ve just run a marathon. It’s like our bodies are betraying us all in the name of gains! Just last week, I dropped a kettlebell and thought I was part of a slapstick routine. Anyone else had some laughable moments during a workout?

Sounds like a typical CrossFit day! I once dropped a dumbbell while trying to impress my friends; I think I should’ve stuck to impressing them with my snack choices instead. Ever tried a workout where you ended up laughing more than sweating?

But , I totally get that! I once thought I was nailing my snatches until I realized my grip wasn’t even right — definitely felt more like a slapstick comedy than a workout! And dropping a kettlebell?
