Odd-object carry challenge this week

Grab something awkward — sandbag, suitcase, water jugs — and march 200m on the minute for 10 minutes; I’m running it at 6:15am tomorrow with a 60 lb bag and legs still lit from last week’s hill sprints. Post your load and splits here so we can push each other and prove the work transfers to real life.

Did it at 6:15 with a 60 lb sandbag; splits were 48–51s. The one thing that kept me steady was a quick knee-shelf reset at the 100m turn — set it on a thigh, re-hug, and go; if your grip starts to fade, @OP, switch one round to suitcase and then back.

60 lb at 6:15 is spicy — . Quick tip that kept me steady: “hug high, breathe low” — get the bag up on your chest, take a big belly brace before each pick-up, and use short steps; it kept my splits around 50–52s. If you start losing the minute, drop 5–10 lb rather than letting the last two rounds unravel.
