Importance of Dynamic Warm-Ups

I’ve been focusing a lot on dynamic warm-ups lately for my clients, and the results have been encouraging. Adding movements that mimic the workout can really prepare muscles and joints and help reduce injury risks. Has anyone found specific dynamic stretches that work particularly well in their routines?

Dynamic warm-ups really make a difference! I’ve found incorporating high knees and arm circles boosts mobility… Have you tried using a foam roller beforehand?

I totally agree about the benefits of incorporating high knees! I’ve also had great success using leg swings to open up the hips before heavier lifts. Have you noticed a difference in performance with your clients after these warm-ups?

I get so tired of seeing people skip warm-ups — one thing I love is incorporating walking lunges; they really get the body primed for movement. What dynamic moves have you noticed your clients enjoy the most, @drew_m89?
