Finding the Right Workout App

I’ve been experimenting with different fitness apps lately to keep track of my clients’ progress and tailor their workouts. It’s amazing how some apps allow for personalized plans and really help with motivation. What tools are you all using to stay organized and accountable? I’d love to hear your experiences.

I’ve really found success using a mix of Google Sheets for tracking metrics and MyFitnessPal for meal planning. It’s super flexible, plus you can easily customize it to your clients’ needs. How do you handle client communication while using these apps?
