CE that improves progress tracking

Has anyone taken CE that teaches practical, evidence-based ways to monitor rehab-to-training progress — like handheld dynamometry, timed functional tasks, or session RPE — and helps standardize how PTs and coaches communicate changes? I’m looking to refine how we document trends week to week without stepping outside scope, and if someone shows red flags or worsening symptoms, we’d always refer to a licensed professional.

I got the most mileage from a simple weekly snapshot we borrowed in a ClinicalAthlete R2P CE: log three things across providers — HHD peak as % limb symmetry, one timed task, and session RPE × minutes — and auto-tag a ±10% change as “green/amber/red” for shared comms. It only sticks if you lock units and add one short symptom note; otherwise it gets noisy. @OP would that fit your setup, or do you need a no-HHD version?
