Burpee bingo broke the projector

Tried a five-minute “burpee bingo” before our 9 a.m. wellness orientation, and one triumphant high-knee yanked the HDMI — room went dark, morale went bright. I’m building a low-cost, high-laugh warm-up series for staff meetings, so I’m hunting for mini-exercises that boost energy without risking AV equipment — what’s worked for you?

Try a ‘desk conga’: 30 seconds of seated marching with opposite-hand overhead reach and a clap on 4 — salsa energy without the travel; it genuinely “boosts energy without risking AV equipment.” Would you rather keep it fully seated, or are planted stands okay? If noise is a concern, swap the clap for a finger snap.
