Building explosive power for athletes

I’ve been working on a new strength training routine focused on improving my athletes’ explosive power, particularly in jumping and sprinting. I’ve found that incorporating plyometrics, like box jumps and depth jumps, along with Olympic lifts can make a huge difference. What techniques have you all found effective for boosting athletic performance in these areas?

It makes sense that incorporating plyometrics and Olympic lifts can enhance explosive power; we’ve had great success with contrast training — pairing heavy lifts with explosive movements like jumps. Have you tried that approach yet, or just focused on those two?
