Blending team sessions with skill work

I’m tightening our weekly microcycles to drive team systems while preserving 20–30 minutes each practice for individualized skill blocks — think Mon/Wed high days, Fri regen — and I’m hunting for coach-tested templates or dashboards that make this simple. What are you using to track RPE, minutes, and progression without burying staff? If an athlete shows serious pain or concerning symptoms, I refer them to a licensed professional.

We run a one-page Google Form into a Sheet (date, minutes, RPE, skill tag, pain), then a pivot and simple charts for session and 4‑week rolling load, with blocks labeled ‘Mon/Wed high days, Fri regen’ and conditional formatting to traffic‑light athletes. If pain ≥7 or a new concerning note pops up, it auto‑flags to ping AT/PT so a licensed pro can look before the next skill block; if your staff hates Sheets, Airtable is a clean alternative.
