That’s it for this week. Keep exploring, stay motivated, and good luck with your applications. Talk soon!

I’ve had better luck landing the remote sales roles when I send a 30-second Loom demo of how I onboard a client in Trainerize within a few hours of posting; these ‘real-time’ listings really do go fast. Quick caveat: speed’s great, but I always tweak the intro to match their CRM or timezone so it doesn’t feel copy-pasted.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌

For these “real-time” roles, I add a Calendly link and 15-minute audit — more callbacks… Mind time zones.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‌

Quick example: I lean into “apply promptly” by replying within an hour to remote fitness sales posts with a 30-second Vidyard showing my CRM pipeline and how I hand off paid trials, and if it’s an ATS I drop the link in the “additional info” field. If video feels extra, a single screenshot with win rate and average cycle length has gotten me callbacks just as fast.

I use Axioma Risk ( https://qontigo.com/axioma-risk/ ) with a tiny R pass: a pre‑calibrated ‘tilt matrix’ maps macro deltas (real up, curve twist, ERP shift) to factor returns, I push those as return overrides and lock sleeve‑level risk bud

I get it under 15 by caching a weekly scenario→tilt Jacobian (local linear projections), then at run time just multiply the macro deltas and solve a tiny ridge BL in cvxpy (https://www.cvxpy.org). It’s quick even with jumpy term premia, but I re‑fit after obvious regime breaks — would that slot into your BarraOne/PORT stack?
